How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Our current dispatch time on all orders - are same day dispatch.(unless the order on a weekend, then the item will be dispatch on the Monday) We aim to get your item to you as soon as possbale for you to enjoy.

How will I know what size I am?
We have a size guide available for all wild butterfly items if you are unsure of what size you may be. The size guide can be found before the drop down option, and all items sizing is in images shown on the product. We also include modles sizes in product descriptions.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

The fastest way to exchange your piece is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
